We respect your privacy. any information that you provide us is completely confidential & will be used solely to enhance / improve our products & services at nilgiri’s &/or nilgiri’s@home. your details will not be sold, rented or disclosed to any individual(s) &/or organisation(s).
Nilgiri’s takes no responsibility for damage to or loss of goods left on the premises by clients.
Nilgiri’s holds clients’ lost property for a period of 4 weeks, after which it is disposed. any perishables or toiletries that are found open/used will be discarded immediately.
lost property item/s can be collected directly from nilgiri’s. a claimant will be required to provide proof of identification, describe the item and sign for the item in question. a superficial description is not sufficient. claimants must be able to provide a deeper level of proof of ownership, such as a description of the content of a bag or pockets of a coat.
If collection from nilgiri’s is not suitable, the item/s can be posted using australia post. pricing for this varies depending on the size and weight of the item. payment via credit card is required before any package is posted.
